What is an intention?
Intention is from late Middle English: from Old French entencion, from Latin intentio(n- ) ‘stretching, purpose’, from intendere. By definition, 1. “a thing intended; an aim or plan” (google) 2. “the healing process of a wound.” (Oxford) 3. “is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. Intention involves mental activities such as planning and forethought.” (Wiki) 4. “directing the flow of the energy.” (Wellness Honie)
