Try our 4 step process to get you started using affirmations:

1️⃣ Determine your biggest issues you have to work on. Pick the ones that stand directly between you and your goals.

2️⃣ Work on one issue at a time. This issue may be self-confidence, doubt, fear, or anything that stands in your way.

3️⃣ Find or create some positive affirmations around it that speak to you. You only need two or three affirmations.
