As part of our sessions, we work with reiki. Reiki is a Japanese word for life force energy. Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy balancing technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. We do not diagnose conditions nor do we prescribe or perform medical treatments, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

Reiki does not take the place of medical care. Reiki is not therapy. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you have.  

Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care that you may be receiving. The body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.

Please take note that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
